Is This Service Right for You?

You Are Moving Into a New Home

Moving is one of the best opportunities to create an organising system that works from the beginning.

Before boxes are unpacked and belongings are placed wherever space happens to be available, Xiao Hui plans each area around your family’s routines and daily needs.

This helps your new home feel practical from the day you move in—and reduces the need to repeatedly rearrange everything later.

You Lived in Home for Some Time

You tidy regularly, but the mess keeps returning.

You may have sufficient cabinets and storage products, yet you are still searching for things, shifting items around and wondering why the home remains difficult to maintain.

The problem may not be how much you own. It may be that your belongings were never positioned according to how your family actually uses them.

Xiao Hui reorganises where things belong and creates a simple system that the whole family can understand and follow.

Lifestyle Flow Planning is Not Interior Design

Lifestyle Flow Organising

is Not Interior Design

Both services are valuable • but solve different problems

What an Interior Designer Does

An interior designer plans the layout, appearance, cabinetry and storage capacity of a home, often before the family moves in.

However, your family’s real habits only become clear after you begin living in the space.

As children grow, work arrangements change and new belongings enter the home, even thoughtfully designed cabinets may no longer suit your routines.

What Xiao Hui Does

Xiao Hui works with the home you are actually living in. She studies:

• What your family uses

• Where each item is used

• How frequently it is needed

• Who needs to access it

• What makes it difficult to return

• Which areas repeatedly become cluttered

She then reorganises each zone according to your real daily routines.

The result is not simply more storage. It is a practical organising system that your family can understand, use and maintain

ABOUT XIAO HUI

Lifestyle Flow Organiser

Founder of PaceTidy

“I am not here simply to tidy your home. I redesign how you move through it, reach for things and return them.”

Many homes are not difficult to maintain because they contain too many belongings or too little storage.

They become difficult to maintain because items were never positioned according to the family’s habits.

This leads to repeated tidying, constant searching and one person being responsible for remembering where everything belongs.

As a mother of two, Xiao Hui understands the invisible work involved in managing a household, caring for children and keeping track of everyone’s belongings.

Through her own experience, she discovered that buying more containers was not always the answer. A home needed to be organised around the family’s natural routines.

She developed this approach into the Lifestyle Flow Method—a practical way of creating homes that are easier for every family member to use and maintain.

Her goal is not to create a home that looks perfect for one day.

Her goal is to create a home that supports your life every day.

🏠 500+ Household Consultations

More Than a One-Time Tidy-Up

A conventional tidy-up can improve how a home looks today

Lifestyle Flow Organising looks deeper

Xiao Hui identifies why certain spaces repeatedly become cluttered and redesigns the placement of your belongings around your daily routines.

The aim is not perfection, and no real home remains untouched.

The aim is to make everyday upkeep simpler, reduce repeated searching and help your family return the home to order more easily

Let Go the "Family Manager" Role

You should not have to remember where every charger, school item, document, bottle or household product belongs. Send Xiao Hui a photograph of the area that causes you the most frustration. It can be your entrance, kitchen, wardrobe, children’s area or an entire home.

She will help you understand what may be creating the problem and where to begin.

Serving homes across Singapore

Still a Little Unsure?

Q:I have bought many storage boxes and tidied repeatedly. How will this be different?

A: Storage products can help, but they do not automatically solve the reason a space becomes cluttered.

Xiao Hui first studies how your family uses the area, where items naturally accumulate and why returning them feels inconvenient. She then reorganises the placement and system around those habits.

New organising products are only considered after the underlying problem has been identified.

Q:Will I be required to discard many belongings?

A: No. Xiao Hui does not force clients to discard belongings simply to make a space look emptier.

She helps you understand what you use, what needs to remain accessible and what may no longer support your current lifestyle. You remain responsible for all final decisions about what to keep,

donate, sell or discard.

Q:My husband and children leave things everywhere. Will organising the home really help?

A: A practical organising system makes it easier for family members to participate.

When belongings have clear, accessible and logical homes, children and adults are more likely to understand where to find and return them.

No system can guarantee that every person will always put everything away. However, good placement removes many of the obstacles that make returning items inconvenient or confusing.

Q:I am moving. When should I engage Xiao Hui?

A: Ideally, contact Xiao Hui before unpacking begins.

This provides time to understand what you are bringing into the new home, plan appropriate zones and avoid placing belongings randomly simply to empty the boxes.

You may also contact her during your renovation or before collecting your keys if you need Storage & Space Planning.

Q: Why does the service start from S$1,800?

A:This is a personalised planning and hands-on organising service, not a standard cleaning or one-time tidying package.

Xiao Hui studies your family’s routines, plans the placement system and personally leads the agreed organising work.

The final quotation depends on the home size, volume of belongings, service scope, number of sessions and manpower required.

You will receive the recommended scope and price before confirming the project.

Q : Will I have to spend more on expensive storage products?

A:Not necessarily.

Xiao Hui prioritises the cabinets, shelves and organising products you already own.

Additional products are only recommended when they solve a genuine problem, such as improving visibility, accessibility or the use of available space.

No products will be purchased without your approval. Any product costs will be explained separately from the organising service fee

Q : How many visits will the project require?

A : The number of visits depends on the areas included, volume of belongings and amount of hands-on work required.

A focused space may require fewer sessions, while a whole-home or move-in project may need to be completed in stages.

Xiao Hui will advise on the expected number of sessions after reviewing your home and priorities.

Q : How long does the organising process take?

A: Every home is different.

The duration depends on the project scope, home size, volume of belongings, decision-making required and the number of organisers involved.

You may begin with one high-friction area—such as the entrance, kitchen, wardrobe or children’s zone—or engage Xiao Hui for a broader home-flow project.

The estimated duration will be included when the project scope is proposed.

Q : Do I need to be present during the service?

A: Your involvement is especially important when decisions need to be made about personal belongings, documents or items that may be donated or discarded.

The level of involvement required will depend on the project. Xiao Hui will discuss this with you before the service begins

Q : Does the service include cleaning?

A: PaceTidy provides organising and space-planning services, not general household cleaning.

Basic wiping may be carried out where reasonably necessary during organising, but deep cleaning, pest treatment, repairs and professional cleaning are separate services.

Q : Are disposal and donation services included?

A : Xiao Hui can help you separate items according to your decisions.

Transportation, disposal, donation collection or recycling services are not included unless they are specifically stated in your quotation

Your Home Does Not Have to

Feel Like a Never-Ending Task

A calmer home does not begin with forcing yourself to tidy more often.

It begins with creating a place for each item that makes sense for the way your family lives.

Let Xiao Hui help you identify what is creating friction in your home—and build a system that feels easier to live with.
