4. Consultation & Recommendations

PaceTidy may conduct consultations to understand:

Recommendations provided by PaceTidy are based on information shared by the Client and professional assessment.

PaceTidy does not guarantee that every recommendation will produce identical results for every household, as outcomes may vary depending on:

• Future changes in belongings

5. Service Confirmation

An enquiry, consultation request, or website submission does not automatically confirm a service booking.
A service engagement will only be confirmed after:

• Scope of work is agreed

• Quotation or proposal is accepted

• Required payment or deposit is received (if applicable)

6. Pricing & Payment Terms

Service fees are customised based on:

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

PaceTidy understands that circumstances may change.

Clients are required to notify PaceTidy as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will depend on:

• Resources allocated

• Expenses already incurred

Any non-refundable costs, purchases, or commitments made before cancellation remain payable by the Client.


9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful organising experience, the Client agrees to:

• Provide reasonable access to agreed areas

• Inform PaceTidy of important considerations before service begins

• Communicate clearly regarding items requiring special handling

• Participate in decision-making when required


The Client remains responsible for final decisions regarding their personal belongings.


10. Personal Belongings, Valuables & Important Items

Before any organising service begins, Clients are responsible for identifying and securing valuable, fragile, confidential, or sentimental items.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Cash

• Jewellery

• Passport and identification documents

• Financial documents

• Electronics

• Collectibles

• Sentimental belongings

• Personal confidential information

PaceTidy will rely on instructions provided by the Client regarding items to keep, relocate, donate, or remove.

PaceTidy shall not be responsible for loss, damage, disposal, or misidentification of items that were not clearly communicated or identified by the Client.



11. Decluttering Decisions

PaceTidy does not independently decide which personal belongings should be discarded, donated, or removed.

All decisions regarding:

• Keeping

• Discarding

• Donating

• Relocating

remain the responsibility of the Client unless written approval has been provided.


12. Photos, Videos & Case Studies


During services, PaceTidy may request permission to capture:

• Before and after photos

• Organising outcomes

• Space transformations

• Client testimonials

Any use of client images, testimonials, or project information for:

• Website

• Social media

• Marketing materials

• Educational content

will only be done with prior consent from the Client.

13. Confidentiality

PaceTidy respects the privacy of every Client.

Information shared during consultation or service delivery, including:

• Home layouts

• Photos

• Family information

• Personal circumstances

will be treated confidentially and only used for purposes related to delivering the agreed services unless otherwise permitted by the Client.

14. Intellectual Property

All PaceTidy intellectual property remains the property of PaceTidy.

This includes:

• Methodologies

• Worksheets

• Templates

• Training materials

• Course content

• Website content

• Clients may use provided materials for personal purposes only.

• No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission from PaceTidy.

All content published on the PaceTidy website, including:

• Graphics

• Branding elements

• Educational materials

is owned by PaceTidy unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

The effectiveness of any organising system depends on consistent use and participation by household members.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, PaceTidy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses

• Consequential damages

• Loss arising from Client decisions

• Failure to maintain recommended systems

• Changes in household circumstances

PaceTidy’s responsibility is limited to providing services with reasonable care and professionalism.

19. Force Majeure

PaceTidy shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
